02B2B pricing engine

Your pricing rules.
In every configuration.

Bring your commercial rules into the configuration. Stitchframe connects materials, options, size runs and customer pricing so the total responds as a product takes shape.

01What shapes the price

More than a base price.

A custom garment is a combination of choices. The B2B pricing engine brings those choices together with the quantity and the customer’s assigned pricing tier.

The product
Material, trim, add-on options, lettering and catalog decoration contribute their configured prices.
The size run
Sizes and lengths can carry upcharges. Quantities are recorded by line within the configuration.
The customer
Assigned pricing tiers guide customer quotes, with quantity breaks where your pricing setup supports them.

02Pricebook management

Change your prices
with a clear record.

Stage price changes, review the differences, and publish a new price list version. Activation is a separate step, so your team decides when to make the new version live.

The previous price list stays intact. Quotes already priced against it retain their recorded prices.

03A price you can review

Keep the breakdown with the quote.

Open a line to see how its price was built, including the material and selected extras. That recorded breakdown accompanies the configuration in the quote and its exports.

Your team has the context to review the request and discuss changes with the customer.
